Whether you're a morning person or not, these tips from @todaysparent will help you get up, get ready, and get out the door with fewer meltdowns! ⤵️⠀ ⠀ 🧘 Get moving: Try a quick stretching session to relax the body and mind. Have them touch their toes, jump up and down, and wiggle their fingers before getting back to your routine.⠀ 🎶 Try some tunes: Listening to music has been proven to change your mood. Be sure to set a time limit though!⠀ 😄 Be happy: Smiles are contagious! Tell a funny joke or do a silly dance to make kids laugh. Better yet, try singing everything you say.⠀ 🆗 Say yes: Wearing mismatched socks to school isn’t going to hurt anyone but will let your child feel empowered and happier about making a choice on their own.⠀ 💕 Give a hug: A hug or a morning high-five will boost your mood and your kids!⠀ ⠀ Get more tips by visiting their website! ...
